POU aims to support useful and transparent discovery, but does not guarantee that information available on the platform is complete, accurate, verified, reliable, lawful or current. Most project, talent, business, investor and member information is submitted directly by users. Each user is solely responsible for the information and claims they publish, including:

• Identity, background, qualifications, team and role information
• Project, product, business model, roadmap and intellectual-property claims
• Pitch materials, traction, revenue, customer, market and financial information
• Funding needs, valuation, ownership, partnership and investment-related statements
• Talent portfolios, experience, availability and expected outcomes
• Images, videos, documents, links, updates and messages

Verification badges, administrative review, link checks, platform visibility or an AI score do not constitute an endorsement, audit, certification or guarantee by POU. Information can change after it is submitted or reviewed.

AI Mentor and AI Scoring

AI Mentor may identify missing information and offer suggestions intended to help founders improve how they present a project. AI scoring may estimate investment readiness and help investors review or filter projects. These systems rely on submitted information and automated models that may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or inconsistent results.

AI output is informational only. It is not investment advice, due diligence, a valuation, credit assessment, legal opinion, professional certification, ranking guarantee or endorsement. A high score does not mean a project will succeed or receive investment; a low score does not mean a project lacks merit. Users must apply independent judgment and verify all material information.

No Professional or Investment Advice

Nothing on POU should be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, investment or other professional advice. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, VenturePull, Inc. is not acting as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, crowdfunding intermediary or fiduciary. POU does not recommend that anyone buy, sell or hold a security.

Before making an investment, support, partnership, hiring, ownership or business decision, consult qualified professionals where appropriate and conduct independent legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence.

Community Support and Transactions

POU helps members discover, communicate with and support one another. POU does not guarantee that a message, meeting, support signal, contribution or introduction will lead to investment, funding, employment, collaboration, ownership, revenue or any other result. POU does not hold, custody or transfer member funds and does not take a commission from community support.

Members are responsible for confirming the identity, authority and claims of other users and for documenting any agreement they reach. A contribution or expression of support does not by itself create equity, debt, partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary duty or a contractual relationship unless the relevant parties enter a separate lawful agreement that expressly provides otherwise.

User Conduct and Disputes

POU does not control how members behave inside or outside the platform and cannot guarantee their identity, intentions, solvency, qualifications or performance. VenturePull, Inc. is not a party to agreements or disputes between members unless it expressly signs a separate written agreement stating otherwise. Users interact and transact with one another at their own risk, subject to rights that cannot be waived by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VenturePull, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or outdated user-submitted information
• AI Mentor suggestions, AI scores, rankings, recommendations or automated output
• Investment, support, partnership, hiring or business decisions made by users
• User communications, conduct, disputes, agreements or transactions
• Loss of funds, opportunity, profits, data, reputation, goodwill or business
• Technical interruptions, software defects, maintenance or service outages
• Unauthorized access, malicious activity or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party infrastructure, payment services, websites or data failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-Party Services

POU relies on or may connect users with third-party services, including:

• Amazon Web Services for application, database and storage infrastructure
• Amazon Cognito for authentication
• Stripe where external account onboarding or payment functionality is enabled
• Google Safe Browsing for security checks on submitted links
• Websites, documents and services linked by POU members

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. POU does not control and is not responsible for their content, actions, availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices. Mentioning or linking to a third party does not constitute endorsement.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. POU may experience scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure changes, temporary interruptions or unexpected technical and security issues. We may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice where permitted by law.

POU may contain links to websites, pitch decks, documents, social profiles or services controlled by members or other third parties. Automated link security checks cannot guarantee that a destination is safe.
